State and local government allowing coal to be moved by road for 9 months
TerraCom operate the re-born Blair Athol mine and whether they had an agreement with Glencore to transport their coal or not, Glencore are now refusing, so TerraCom have approached and been given approval to transport their coal from the mine to Isaac Plains for a period of some 9 months until the old rail line to Blair Athol is recommissioned.

When this starts, there will be around 190 trips per day including return trips on roads that were never made to take massive semis towing three trailers, so it is vitally important that everyone knows what they're "driving into" during that time.
