The Sex Pistols changed music in the late 70s - and Glen Matlock co-wrote most of their songs
He was selling clothing in Malcolm McLaren's clothing boutique in London called SEX - and with guitarist Steve Jones, drummer Paul Cook and of course John Lydon (Johnny Rotten), he became a founding member of the Sex Pistols.
I spoke to Glen on 4MK today - he co-wrote 10 of the 12 tracks on the band's only album "Never Mind The Bollocks - We're The Sex Pistols" and has been in the music industry ever since. Have a listen to his thoughts on music in general; - just press the audio button
Tomorriow night at the Airlie Beach Festival of Music, Glen and his band will be the last act on the main stage and as well as Sex Pistols material, he'll play classics by artists he played with over the years from Iggy Pop to The Faces.
