Does Government need to at least match the community funding for the RACQ CQ Rescue Helicopter Service?

I spoke to Naomi Noy this morning about a record start to 2019 with more than 100 missions before the end of February, compared to around 90 at the same time last year which was a record year!

This year, the State government will give $4 million - but the service will now need to source $5.4 million from the community etc.
Is that fair?.....even more concerning, is it achievable?
