Foreign workers may be owed money from the ATO as "Backpacker Tax" ruled illegal

Around 150,000 foreign nationals come to Australia each year on working holidays and they've been paying a higher tax rate than Australian nationals for the same work.

Yesterday the "Backpacker Tax" was deemed illegal in a court of law
