Jobseeker and Jobkeeper extended, but reduced and more checks and balances
September 30th was seen as an economic and employment "cliff" with the Jobseeker and Jobkeeper packages due to end, but yesterday the Prime Minister extended both into next year.
They'll be accompanied by means testing and more checking to make sure the payments are getting to the right people - and get some people back to work who've had a bit of a paid holiday at the expense of fellow taxpayers
