The Rotary Baton Relay celebrates 100 years of volunteer service to the Australian community

There are around 10 Rotary clubs in the 4MK listening area and over the years from running weekend markets and staging bullaramas to building and maintaining accommodation, creating and distributing telephone and street directories to dispersing funds to the needy, those volunteers have served our various communities.

Rotary is celebrating 100 years of service in Australia this year and I spoke to Assistant District Governor Bente MxcDonald on 4MK this morning about a celebration this Saturday with the R100 Rotary Baton
