A Mackay after-hours house call doctor has saved the life of a baby.
Doctor Ben Coleman discovered the infant was suffering from a potentially deadly heart condition.
Evelyn Crowley was just five months old when she was diagnosed with coarctation of the aorta, more commonly known as a heart murmur, following a visit from House Call Doctor.
Evelyn’s parents, Erin and Matthew Crowley, said the information provided by House Call Doctor saved their young daughter’s life.
Doctor Coleman will visit young Evelyn and parents at their Mackay home on Friday morning.
We hope to bring you some cute pics of the reunion later on Friday.
