Musical Thief Strikes In Dysart

closeup shot of guitar and strings

A burglar has thoroughly ransacked a home in Dysart, stealing several items including two acoustic and an electric guitar.

The break in happened on Patterson Street between May 31 and June 10 while the residents were absent.

They got in by damaging a front window and climbing through the window cavity.

A thorough but not sophisticated search took place with all of the cupboards and drawers searched.

Damage was caused to many walls and some furniture.

The following items were stolen along with the above mentioned guitars:

  • 65 inch Samsung television
  • 40 inch television (brand unknown)
  • iBuypower computer tower
  • Water gurney
  • Timber queen bed frame

The entry method and likely use of a vehicle to transport the stolen items from the address suggest someone may have seen suspicious activity linked to this matter.
