Two people have been taken to hospital after a car flipped on the Bruce Highway, south of Mackay.

Emergency crews were called to the single-vehicle rollover at Clairview near Colonial Drive at 11.40pm Tuesday.

A spokesperson for Queensland Ambulance says the pair were in stable conditions.

Both were taken to Mackay Base Hospital for further treatment.
