A Rockhampton teen who's accused of stealing jewellery from a North Mackay home has been run down by Police.
Officers say the Norman Gardens man forced entry into a Knobel Street home on Monday morning, through a window.

It's believed a member of the public has seen the man leaving the home and hegan chasing him down on foot before police arrived.
Police joined the chase before arresting him a short time later and allegedly finding the jewellery in his clothing and also stored near by.
The 18 year old's been charged with two counts of burglary and one count of stealing.
