Canberra fullback Jack Wighton has made a "freakish" return to Raiders training after a tumultuous 2018.
The 25-year-old was hit with a 10-game ban and a $30,000 fine by the NRL after a drunken assault while out celebrating his birthday.
But with Wighton free to resume his career, Raiders forward Joe Tapine says the 130-gamer is setting a high standard on the training track.
