Grab your Ooshie duplicates and complete your set!
Woolworths relaunched the Ooshie range on the 15th July 2026 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the popular giveaway after a six-year break!
This year’s set features 40 unique characters from Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars franchises. Shoppers can get one free Ooshie for every $30 spent in a single transaction at Woolworths, BIG W, or through MILKRUN delivery until August 25th, or while stocks last.
Since the figures are handed out randomly, most households end up with plenty of doubles while still missing key characters to finish the entire collection.|
To fix this, shoppers can bring in their duplicate Ooshies and take part in a free give-one, take-one exchange during Woolworths and Big W’s second free Ooshies trade day across Australia this Saturday.
Availability depends on what other collectors bring, so the more people who turn up with extras, the better the chances of finding those missing pieces.
For collectors, a special collector case is available for $10 at Woolworths, Big W and Metro stores. This includes a board game and two exclusive glow-in-the-dark Ooshies and other rare variants that collectors love.

This follows the strong turnout at the first official swap day on 8 August, which a Woolworths spokesperson described as “phenomenal.”
“It was fantastic to see so many families, kids and passionate collectors coming together in our stores to connect, trade their duplicates and help each other complete their sets.
Many of our store team members went all out, dressing up and embracing the spirit to make it extra special for everyone.

In previous years, questions around the sustainability of Ooshies have been brought up.
Now Ooshies are made from 97% recycled materials, and unused figures can be dropped into dedicated in-store recycling bins for several weeks after the promotion ends.
