A crime scene has been declared after a car fire spread to a unit block at Cannonvale this morning.
Emergency services were called to Border Drive just before 5am, where the vehicle fire had spread and damaged the carport and unit building.
The building was evacuated and fire has since been put out.

Investigators are looking into the cause of the blaze.
