A 32-year-old man has been charged over a fatal traffic crash, which claimed the life of a 14-year-old girl, near Bundaberg.
Police say a truck collided with a Mazda CX-5 and a Toyota Hilux, at Apple Tree Creek, on October 10 last year.
The passenger of the Mazda, a Brunswick Heads girl, passed away at the scene.
The driver of the Mazda, a 22-year-old Sarina woman, suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the Toyota, a 22-year-old Sarina man, was not physically injured.
The driver of the truck has been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death and has been released from custody on strict bail conditions.
He’ll face Southport Magistrates Court on May 14.
