A snake bite at Mount Ossa has left a person in hospital.
The incident happened at a home around 4.30pm Tuesday.
Paramedics have taken a stable patient to Mackay Hospital.

It’s the second snake bite incident in the region this week, after a woman in her 30s was bitten on the hand at a Sarina home around 8.10pm Monday.
She was also taken to Mackay Hospital in a stable condition.
