A 27-year-old man has been charged with assault, following an incident at a complex in Bloomsbury.
Police say the Bloomsbury man became involved in a verbal argument with an adult male victim, at a location on the Bruce Highway, yesterday morning.
The 27-year-old man allegedly repeatedly punched the victim and then stomped on his head.

Police were contacted and attended to the complex, where officers spoke with the 27-year-old regarding the incident.
He was arrested and charged with assault.
He will appear in the Proserpine Magistrates Court on March 6 to have the matter heard.
