Mackay police are investigating after a stolen ute was found abandoned and badly burnt in Glenella.
The white Toyota ute with New South Wales plates was stolen from Nebo on June 25, with police finding it abandoned on a dirt track near the corner of Glendaragh Road and Holts Road on July 11.
The vehicle was completely burnt, with officers conducting a forensic examination as part of their investigation.

Anyone with information on the theft or burning of the car is being asked to contact police.
