A woman in her 40s has been assessed for minor smoke inhalation following a house fire on Hamilton Island.
Emergency services were called to a structure fire on Coral Sea Avenue before 6.00am this morning.
The woman didn’t need to be hospitalised.

It’s believed the blaze started from a barbeque fire.
