The husband of a woman who was killed in a shock buggy crash on Hamilton Island has been charged.
Newlyweds Robbie and Marina Morgan were on their honeymoon in June when the incident happened.
29-year-old Marina suffered critical injuries and died at the scene.

Following an extensive investigation, her 30-year-old husband has since been charged with driving without due care and attention causing death, wearing of approved seatbelt by driver, wearing of approved seatbelt by passenger and using a mobile phone.
He is expected to appear before Proserpine Magistrates Court on December 5.
