Police are calling for witnesses after someone allegedly tried to run down a pedestrian in a car, in Central Mackay.
Investigations are ongoing into the incident which happened on December 30, last year, on a Carlyle Street and Gordon Street corner.
Police say a white sedan tried to mow down the pedestrian several times on the footpath, at around 1.20pm.
Occupants of the car reportedly shouted abuse and approached the pedestrian.
The pedestrian was not physically injured.
