A 29 year old man has been arrested and charged with multiple alleged offences following an incident at a business in West Mackay.
Police were called to the business on Nebo Road following alleged unusual behaviours of the male after he arrived on a Husqvarna motorcycle.
Police spoke with the male on their arrival, where it’s alleged they found him in possession of cannabis and also a flick knife.
Police further allege the Husqvarna motorcycle and the helmet and riding jacket being held by the man were recently stolen.
The 29 year old has been arrested and charged with unlawfully using a vehicle, unlawful possession of suspected stolen property, disqualified driving, driving an uninsured and unregistered vehicle, unlawful possession of dangerous drugs and unlawful possession of a knife.
He’s set to appear in the Mackay Magistrates Court on June 7.
