A man has been left unconscious after he was struck by another man at Glenella.
The 50-year-old victim was punched by the other man through his car window, after stopping on Schapers Road at around 2pm on Friday.
Police say the offender pulled over behind the victim in a silver hatchback and assaulted him after having a brief conversation.

He then fled the scene in the silver car.
He is described as being caucasian in appearance, with a long ginger beard, aged between 20 – 30 years and has an Irish accent.
The victim received medical treatment at the Mackay base hospital for his injuries.
Anyone who might have relevant dashcam, may have witnessed the incident or who has information is encouraged to contact police as soon as possible.
