Police say it happened last Thursday, between 8.30am and 6.30pm.
The perimeter fence has been damaged with the intruder forcing open a locked door to gain entry.

A Honda generator, boxes of office equipment and footwear has been reported stolen from inside the building.
An internal office door has been damaged during the course of the search.
Anyone who might have information is being encouraged to contact police.
