The wreckage of a light plane has been found in Clarke Ranges, north-west of Mackay.
Police and emergency services located the aircraft shortly after 11am today.
It believed to be the same aircraft which failed to land at Lakeside Airpark at Bloomsbury yesterday.

The bodies of a man and woman have been found at the scene.
Police say the formal identification processes are still underway.
